Establishing a Global Leadership Position in Natural Colors

DDW, The Color House is excited to announce that we will join Givaudan, a global leading company in taste and well-being, fragrance, and beauty.  Louisville will continue to be a key site for the business and “it is our intention to stay focused on our customers, providing them strong service and market relevant products,” says Elaine Gravatte, President and CEO, DDW, The Color House.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed but Givaudan plans to debt fund the transaction. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2021.
